My name is Kay, I’m a highly experienced wellness therapist, specialising in wellness through massage. I have over a decade of experience in supporting my clients to achieve their wellness goals.

I’m based in Stourbridge in the West Midlands, easily accessible from surrounding areas; within easy reach of Dudley, Kidderminster, Halesowen and Bromsgrove.

The range of people I treat is massively diverse; sports participants, desk workers, gardening enthusiasts, construction workers, the list goes on… The great thing about massage is it can benefit anyone, at any age. Whether you’re new to receiving body work or looking to return to regular treatment, I will be delighted to help you.

I’m an advocate for teaching awareness of stress on the body and mind. I aim to facilitate your journey towards achieving physical and mental balance by helping you become more aware of small changes you can make to avoid the triggers to pain, stress and discomfort.

I have a level 2 in counselling and listening skills. I treat my clients holistically, encouraging a strong sense of safe connection and trust.
